Rain, Chapter 64 (TYPESETTERS NEEDED!)

The reason this chapter took two months to get done was that both the translator and the redrawer had hardware problems that left them unable to scanlate for a while.
Does this mean we'll do the next ones more quickly? That's certainly what we would like to do, but all we can do is try our best.
