If you desperately need a cleaner, then I will do it for this group. I cleaned some manga scanlations for SquigglesJP, roankun and Socialweebs later called Setsu-scans.

Thanks for the kind offer of help. We'd need to see samples of your past cleaning work. Specifically, send us a folder of PSDs cleaned from physicals, with the original raw pages for us to compare (or at least, the raws as a layer in the PSDs).
Alternatively, you can take our test.
