Are there any updates on this? The raws are already on chapter 105 iirc.

Well… long story.

Initially, we worked on this in volumes, so we ignored magazine raws.

Then the author died, and we thought the series wouldn't continue for long, but then we found out the magazine releases were still coming out. But when we realised that, it was impossible to get some of the chapters between the latest and the last volume one, because back then Mag Comic Garden had a policy of locking down intermediate chapters after a while - probably out of commercial reasons. So there was a gap in the chapters we could get raws for.

Recently - like, a week ago - a few things happened:

i. We noticed MagComi changed their policy at some point in the past few months and now all chapters of their series are available in digital magazine releases - even if paywalled.

ii. Around the same time, a reader pointed us to a hoard of raws that actually had all the missing chapters.

Numbers (i) and (ii) mean that we can resume scanlation, and we have already started moving towards doing so. And then there's this:

iii. They've finally announced a new volume, due out in early September. So we can stick to using volume raws, which are high resolution (1920 px height, as opposed to 1457 for magazine digitals and 1286 for the hoard of raws we mentioned in (ii).

So our plan is to get started with translating from the magazine raws. Depending on how soon we get chapter 100 translated, we'll either typeset it onto the magazine digitals just to announce to the world we're back to doing this series, or we'll just wait for the volume.

Either way, expect to see new releases in the next few weeks if all goes well.
